We offer a group career consultation class for our college level students in the Workshop.MOV intensive, as well as in sessions for our 16 and up students who are interested in You.MOV privates. This class is for students to ask anything and everything they want to know about pursuing dance professionally. We can offer insight on questions like: Should I go to college or try to start working immediately after high school? How do I start getting into choreography? Does New York City or Los Angeles align more with my industry goals? How do I get signed with a talent agency? What kind of training should I be doing? Can dance even be a lucrative career? Although everyone’s professional journey looks extremely different, we hope to act as mentors and cheerleaders as you enter your next chapter.
