Experimental

This class is exactly as the name implies: all about experimentation. We encourage students to let go of their preconceived notions of what “correct” execution looks like, and just have fun playing around with their movement quality, dynamics, and character choices within the bounds of conceptual and unconventional choreography. Our experimental classes will still provide dancers with clear outlines of musicality, pathways, and intention, but it is up to them to take the steps and make them their own.
